Mont-Blanc beers are brewed as they were in days gone by. We do not use the new industrial time-saving techniques.
Emphasis is placed on quality above all. Thus while 2 to 3 weeks are needed to make some classic beers, Mont-Blanc beers require between 5 and 7 weeks.
