Know-how

The production process for Mont-Blanc beer, or how to let time take its time to produce an exceptional product. It takes two months to create the best of the best.

  • BREWING

Our master brewers painstakingly follow these recipes while taking the time necessary to obtain a spicy infusion of grains.

  • FERMENTATION

When the wort reaches 25°C, yeast is added to create alcohol and carbon dioxide. Top fermentation creates rich aromas.

  • COLD AGING

Rest period for maturation and ripening, for over four weeks. This is a key stage in refining the beer.

  • PACKAGING

The beer is then packaged in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles, 20 l and 30 l barrels.
