BREWING
Our master brewers painstakingly follow these recipes while taking the time necessary to obtain a spicy infusion of grains.

FERMENTATION
When the wort reaches 25°C, yeast is added to create alcohol and carbon dioxide. Top fermentation creates rich aromas.

COLD AGING
Rest period for maturation and ripening, for over four weeks. This is a key stage in refining the beer.

PACKAGING
The beer is then packaged in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles, 20 l and 30 l barrels.
