Brasserie du Mont-Blanc "Exceptional by nature" - An exceptional beer made in the Alps since 1830. - A beer brewed using exceptionally pure water: from the glaciers of Mont Blanc. - An authentic specialty beer created using specific recipes and with all the know-how gained over the years by master brewers. - The pleasure of flavour: it takes time to guarantee the best.
The production process for Mont-Blanc beer, or how to let time take its time to produce an exceptional product. It takes two months to create the best of the best.
Our master brewers painstakingly follow these recipes while taking the time necessary to obtain a spicy infusion of grains.
When the wort reaches 25°C, yeast is added to create alcohol and carbon dioxide. Top fermentation creates rich aromas.
Rest period for maturation and ripening, for over four weeks. This is a key stage in refining the beer.
The beer is then packaged in 33 cl and 75 cl bottles, 20 l and 30 l barrels and 5 l mini barrels.
